About the Role:
Join Coastline Dental as a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences, managing treatment plans and supporting the roles within the front office. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and dental team.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling and patient flow.
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial plans, and insurance benefits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks and patient management.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Train and mentor new staff members to uphold the clinic's standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous treatment coordination.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficient in dental Dentrix software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
